Tony Stafki’s Walls of Art.

I thought that i’d try different search engines to see if i could get some new images of the Millennium Falcon and came across this website on Bing. Tony Stafki is an artist who specialises in murals for childrens bedrooms. Check out his website as there are some murals there that just blew me away. Here are the photos of the Millennium Falcon. 🙂

Just so you can see just how big these murals are.

You can even see Han and Chewie in the Cockpit here. 🙂

I wonder how long something like takes to create?

I liked the pic of it flying from the deathstar but seeing that it was the wall of a room. WOW even as a grown man I would like to have that on my wall. Break out the Return of the Jedi bed sheets.

I know. Incredible aren’t they. That particular one from what i can see was $1200 which is nothing when you consider the work that must go into something like that. I mean, how many hours must that take from start to finish?

Amazing, and as you say they’re not really that expensive all things considered. But I guess you’d have to have him at your house for days on end while he did it. I suppose you’d have to pay for travel and lodgings as well if you didn’t live right in his area.

Yes but still, a small additional price to pay IMO. Besides, you know a mural of Jabba’s palace and all its denizens would be incredible. 🙂

Hello, so glad you like my murals! They are tons of fun to paint and often I think I’m painting them more for the dad than the kid! 🙂 The wall with the closet for $1200 takes me 3 days to paint. Each Millennium Falcon takes me one day to paint. The best part is when the room is done you open the door and enter a whole new world!

Thanks for commenting Tony. 3 days is VERY impressive for something like this. Great work and i look forward to seeing what else you come up with. 🙂
