This chocolate Millennium Falcon is making the rounds quite frequently on tumblr and it looks delicious. It was created by Brazilian Chocolatier Andrew Murrai and i think he uses the Kotokubiya Ice trays as a mold. I don’t know how he gets that liquid centre in there but i’m salivating like Pavlov’s dog. 🙂

Not me, that’s for sure. I so want onw of these. Two actually. One to keep and one to eat. 🙂
lol… I’m assuming he makes chocolate and a ganache. Pours the first part with regular chocolate and rubs it up the edge of the molds. Then lets that set. Fills the center with ganache. Let’s that chill a little more and then covers with more regular chocolate. =D It’s just a guess though.
Did you buy one of the trays from Kotobukiya already?
