75105; Lego Millennium Falcon for The Force Awakens

Rebelscum have just posted these photos of Lego’s Millennium Falcon model for The Force Awakens.

LEGO-The-The-Force-Awakens-Reveals-03 LEGO-The-The-Force-Awakens-Reveals-04Due for release on September the 4th, it has a respectable 1, 329 pieces. I’m hoping that they will also revisit the UCS version too as i have no chance of getting one of the original sets. No information yet on price, but i reckon it’s going to be around the £200 price range.

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related stuff as it increases. Well, that was the plan but it now seems to be more about cataloguing any Millennium Falcon item in general now so that i can come back to them later.

A UCS release will be bought no matter what price!! I made the mistake not to have bought the original one and I rant about that even today.

I don’t know but I feel like the very first Falcon play set has been the best one ever, even if the detail wasn’t that great compared to this one

Hi Brian, I hope you’re well.

Yeah, I missed out on that beast too. If only I focused sooner. This one looked pretty cool. I’ll definitely be picking one up. How it compares to the others remains to be seen. We haven’t seen any interior details yet.
