Inspired By Corellia by Nicholas Sagan

I bought this series of small (4″ by 6″) pieces by Nicholas Sagan called “Inspred by Corellia” that feature the Millennium Falcon. Well, not the Falcon herself, but YT-1300 freighters.

There are nine paintings in the series, some featuring a Blockade runner, some featuring (or featuring a part of) the YT-1300 freighter.

There are a couple that i can’t make out though. Hopefully, Nicholas might be able to help me out.

About mffanrodders

A keen Star Wars collector since 1977, my collection focus seems to have taken on a turn towards Han Solo's iconic Star Ship. Why the Millennium Falcon? No one else seemed to have one at the time and it was fair to say that i had difficulty resisting the higher end models. My friend, icruise from Rebelscum has a superb blog for his Jabba the Hutt collection, I thought that i'd start this blog to chart my own collection of Millennium Falcon related stuff as it increases. Well, that was the plan but it now seems to be more about cataloguing any Millennium Falcon item in general now so that i can come back to them later.

  1. Hey thanks for posting these! The last three, in order IIRC are 1) a close up view of the front mandibles 2) an abstraction of the EpIII version of the Tantive IV and 3) a sketch of a Blockade Runner. Cheers!

  2. justin bailes says:

The one right below your comment about not knowing what they are is the missile compartment between the mandibles, right? Not sure what the last two are.
